JAA schools in Oz

Hi

I require names/contacts of airline flying schools in Oz who when candidates graduate they walk away with a frozen JAA ATPL. Schools specifically dealing with Airlines only...I believe the license can also be called an MCL..? or
Multi Crew License...

Perhaps a lesson in English as well as courtesy would come in handy here? A Chinese/English dictionary is no substitute.
