Does any body have any idea about the GB interview process.
Also what are their rostas like, how many people are they looking to take on and how many aircraft are coming on line?

Interview, assuming it hasn't changed, is non technical with two people, carried out after group exercise. One pilot, one HR. Very layed back.

Rosters are produced more or less randomly with no bid line or seniority system in place. Various limitations laid down in our SLD regarding days off, start times after days off etc. Issued a month in advance in the middle of the month and a week early at christmas. Accessed through online system.

Rumour has it that there are 4 aircraft on order, but rumour has a lot of things these days. Very hard to know whats going on. Recruitment drive is supposed to be quite large.......

Come on HeeBeeGb you must have some better information than that! What are you hiding?

Rumour has it that there are A319s, A330s and A350s headed GBs way.
