Is there many airlines that impose height restrictions on flight crew?

Ive never heard of it other then for the MIlitary, which is only so you fit in the seat of a fighter....

Hi Tina,
Not that I have heard of! I am assuming that you are asking because you are on the shorter side, as opposed to taller? Generally the only requirement is that you are able to operate the controls of the aircraft you intend to fly, most importantly full scale deflection of the rudder.

Thanks for the info - being a bit on the short side (1.6m) and seeing some asian carriers with certain requirements i thought i would get the heads up before switching from choppers to planes
