Would just like to say we will all miss you mate. I havent cried in a long time but the speech your little girl gave brought me right back down to earth. We buried you today my old mate and your gone, but you will never be forgotten.

Completely agree.
The sheer number of people who turned up is a mark of how loved Si was to all who met him.
I for one feel proud to say 'Fodders was my mate'.

Many a tear has been shed today for a man it was a pleasure to have known.
As for the speech Fodders daughter gave...he is already very proud of her, of that I am sure.
Looking in my rear view mirror on the way back down the M6, I saw a massive clear rainbow smack in line with the road.
Couldn't help a little blubber!!
