Dear ALL,
Could you recall any accidents or something close that occured or
could have occured due to the negligence of a LOAD CONTROLLER or
LOADING STAFF.

I mean accidents to aircraft and not at ramp.

Sure, but it's not very appriciated to bring these things out into the open.

Yes you are correct. But at times this could be valuable for ALL of us
to avoid future mistakes and to learn how to be a good loadcontroller.
I am working for srilankan airlines and need info to train my staff.
