Can anyone give me an idea what the salaries are for biz jet pilots (Capts & FOs) throughout Europe on different types of aircraft and the terms and conditions the different operators offer.

JAA AOC Eastern Europe - Hawker Cpt : 5100€ net +per diem/per month
Hawker F/O 2900€ net + per diem. Cost of life in Eastern Europe is around -30%.

In a northern European country with AOC operators:
Captains: 65000-110000 euros/year (brut/cross) + per diems
F/Os: 30000-650000 euros/year + per diems
Depending on your seniority and yearly workload, not so much the type of aircraft you are flying in.

Anyone advise on what a Lear 40/45 Cpt and FO would expect/receive for a G registered, Uk based, charter outfit?

lear 45 capt; £55k-£65k pa , F/O; £25k-£35k
