Immigration Chaos at Luton 2/1/07

Anyone know what went wrong at Luton immigration last night?

It was a shambles, with a complete scrum gradually feeding into a queue that took > 30 minutes to get through.

Combine that with their :mad: security queues and it'll soon be quicker to get in and out of LHR!

And the Luton car parking is coming up to Heathrow prices as well.

Just over a day, 28 hours, and it cost me £55. That's £2 per hour. No wonder they are happy with an inconvenient train station transfer. Wouldn't want you to use that, would they ?
