Hi everyone, i'm flying with Asiana Airlines to Seoul then Sydney in the new year (4th Jan) and was wondering if anyone knew who their handling agent is and as a *G which lounge do they use at Terminal 1? Also does anyone have any idea how likely upgrades would be? or what are the best economy seats on their 777's? Thanks in advance for any info.

Asiana is first rate,- well run, smart, clean,punctual, excellent front line staff and great service. No attitude problems. From the point of view of the Economy Class traveller definately one of the world's best and quite likely THE Best. Further forward also very good indeed. Altogether a pleasure to fly with and you should enjoy the trip. The routeing via Seoul is also just about the shortest on offer.
Thanks for you replies guys. Could you advise me which is the best Star alliance lounge at terminal 1? As far as i can tell there are only two ( the bmi or the South African Lounge). So which is better? and nearer to the gate that Asiana use?
