Newbie so please be gentle!
In our company at least 3 contract companies supply pilots - not surprisingly but maybe expectedly one company is favoured by at least one of the management people (old esteemed person type of person in local culture) maybe for long association, maybe for financial benefit, who knows??
Fact is that one of the contract companies pays $1000 USD less per month, I believe less days off but I know FOR CERTAIN there is no escape clause for the employee - no 1/2/3/ months, whatever, notice to terminate. You sign, you WILL do your contract and said company has a rep for tracking you down ands going you legally.
Said Co is fro USA.
The chances of only one company providing ALL pilots for any one company these days are remote to non-existant; do not sign anything until you have done your homework, do NOT bitch if you screw yourself out of a better deal and...................
