In many countries, national governements do not publish VFR charts as they do in parts of the Americas, Europe and Australia.

However, it is useful to know that the United States Government has the world mapped out (I know that sounds ominous), and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) offers these charts for sale. A catalog is available by clicking this link (pdf) (http://naco.faa.gov/content/naco/catalog/pdf_files/NGA_Aero.pdf)

Tactical Pilotage Charts- TPC (1:500000) and Operational Navigation Charts- ONC 1:1000000 provide accurate terrain information, as well as the location of aerodromes, navaids, and special use airspace (ie., restricted areas), however, airspace information is not depicted (such as the locations of TMA's) nor is the information always accurate because they may not be revised for several years. However, current instrument charts as available from a company like Jeppesen or the state AIP will give the required information as far as airspace designations and comm/nav frequencies.

These charts are easily available through a variety of map and aeronautical product providers (including the FAA) for a very reasonable cost. I suggest typing in "OMC TPC Chart" on Google and you'll net a number of hits.

Hello there,

I am an air traffic controller from Kuwait and the VFR chart will be published in first quarter next year. Thank you :)
