Hello guys...

A friend of mine and myself would like to make a trip in Namibia, possibly next May, and to rent a single-engine aeroplane to travel around the country.
We both hold a JAR-FCL frozen ATPL and I find quite difficult to find any helpful information on the net.
Does any of you know how this could be done?
I mean: do we need to get a conversion of the licence, do you know any flight school there where we could rent a plane?

Any info would be extremely appreciated.

Thanks in advance
Ricky

Hi there,

Try some of these....hav'nt been to Eros for a while but these should still be going...

Westair

Windhoek Flight Training Center WFTC

Desert Air

Wings Over Africa

I'm sure that there are more, but I cant remember them...Like I said I dont know if they are all still renting out a/c, but maybe an internet search will get you closer.

Have fun.
:ok:
