Hi, I was tweaking the config. Of Adblock and Firebox and it seems to have disabled certain useful functions which I cannot switch back on.
For example on PPRuNe it has made the "Add New Thread" and "Post reply" buttons disappear, while still showing the ads. (Note I was not trying to adblock PPRuNe).
It also messes up with pages like Gmails calendar and other sites that need JAVA. It won't sometimes show videos embedded in pages. I tried disabling adblock but no joy.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the clever little bugger seems to remember the settings and the buttons still aren't there.
Any ideas how to fix it as IE really irritates me!
