Hi everyone~

Applicants are required to answer the two questions on their application to CX/KA CPP. How important are these answers/essays? Will they be based on by the interviewers in asking questions? Or are they just for the screening?? To verify applicant's English ability?

Of course I will tell the truth. But there are many ways to present an issue. I want to do it in a wise way.

I think you're right on both accounts. These two questions will be repeatedly asked during the interview(s) so they can scrutinise your intentions in wanting to become a cadet. The most important thing is to make sure your answers are honest and consistent.

In terms of screening candidates, these questions are intended to distinguish applicants who are genuinely interested in making a career from flying, from those who are merely interested in the perks of the industry. It is also a tool to test the written English skills of all candidates so be succinct and articulate :ok:
