Hi avkiwi,
Not sure what opportunities there are in DXB with EFS, but Fujairah 100km on the east coast has set up a new Aviation Academy conducting GCAA/JAA ATPL training. They are setting up with Diamond aircraft, so far 1 x DA42 Twinstar and 2x DA40 just arrived.
Speak to Captain Nick O'brien, Director of Flight Training direct on either of the following:-
e-mail: [email protected] mobile: +971506290110
Check their website at: http://www.fujairahaviationacademy.com/
This side of the Hajir mountains is much cheaper living and only 1 - 1.5 hrs from DXB and good for water sports too. Things are slooowly changing for female crew and it is getting better with the airlines.
Need any other info just PM me.
Good Luck
:ok:

Or you could consider a job in op's. I hear that pays well with an excellent lifestyle.
