Has anybody got any input as to the interview technique and questions used by British airways and where I can find a question database on interview questions.

Good luck.

Well done getting this far! No mean feat.

I suggest you do a search for a post by 'Localiser' dated 5th Oct 04. Go to the Advanced Search option and type the name in. There is an full and frankly excellent piece on the whole day. Highly recommended.

There are no technical questions at all in the interview. All questions are competency based and will ask you to "Give an example of a time when you.......etc" Have a few stories up your sleeve that you can relate them to and you'll be fine.

I went for BA recently and got through the assessment and was very glad to have found the post by 'Localiser' before hand. The post has stood the test of time despite being 4 years old. Good luck!!
