Flight Deck Crew
NetJets continues to recruit highly professional, motivated and customer service driven flight crew who seek interesting and challenging opportunities.
Minimum requirements: First Officers
* 1500 hours total time;
* ME rating;
* A valid EU or Swiss passport allowing unrestricted worldwide travel;
* JAA or European ATPL (CPL with ATPL theory may also be considered);
* Jet or Turbo Prop time (excluding Simulator);
* MCC Certificate or exemption, and
* Fluency in English
NetJets does not hire direct-entry captains as we believe pilots need to gain experience in our type of operation. Experience has taught us that this objective is successfully achieved with some time as a First Officer. However, pilots that meet requirements can expect an upgrade as quickly as within 6 months.
Minimum requirements for a captain upgrade
* 3000 hours total time
* Demonstration of excellent performance as a First Officer at NetJets;
* Pass an upgrade course (Ground school and SIM), and
* Completed line training as a captain (including the line check).
Preferred Profile and Skills
* Extensive European flight experience;
* Command time advantageous;
* Strong JAR OPS commercial aviation background;
* Military or airline training;
* Excellent interpersonal skills;
* Motivation to always be the best;
* Multi-crew experience
* Flexible attitude, and
* Knowledge of two or more European languages.
NetJets operates a range of modern business jets from the small cabin (Bravo and Hawker 400), through the medium size cabin (Excel and Hawker 800) to the large cabin and long haul fleet of the Falcons and Gulfstreams. NetJets Europe has ordered 24 new Falcon 7Xs with delivery starting in early 2008.

Roster
NetJets flight deck crew work a 6 / 5 day roster, except the ultra long haul crews who work a mix of 7/6 and 6/5 day roster. This is 200 working days per year for all pilots split into 50 working days per calendar month, less annual vacation entitlement of 22 days,
NetJets does not hire direct-entry captains. We believe pilots need to gain experience in our "type" of flying and this is possible with some time as a First Officer. Pilots need to have a minimum of between 2500 and 3000 hours before being considered for upgrade.
