Thanks for the video link. Question from a non-professional.......
The landing looks like it was executed very, very well - kudos to the crew (irrespective of any other 'issues' affecting them then or now).
How do cockpit crew evacuate in a hurry with no external ladder?

There is an escape rope in an overhead compartment on each side of the 737 cockpiit. Each pilot opens the sliding side window, throws the escape rope out, exits through the open cockpit windows and climbs down.
