Just heard that just about all Air Finland pilots have applied for jobs with Finnair, including nominated postholders. That means pilots who are also shareholders in the company. Is this an indication of something? No trust in the future of their own company, or...? Or is it just not true?

Yep, I can confirm that there was at least two postholders from Air Finland in Finnair tests... That is a good question why, "are the rats leaving sinking ship"?!

I would not like to call those guys rats, even there are few,but it seems to me that this is a protest against extremely poor rosters and management. The worst thing is that the guys who are in management post are treating guys badly even they have been in same situation in their previous jobs.kicking around is not the wisest thing to do.

What go's around come's around. People have a suprisingly long memory ( I do) when they feel that they have been done wrong.

I thought Air Finland was a fairly good company to work for? Sad to hear that they are having problems in retaing people.
