druglord,
You can get an add on ms flt sim called 747-200 ready for pushback.
Then get yourself a good joystick, and your set.
I used this prior to my sim to get the procedures down, and I must say, its excellent.
Dont remember how much the add on is, but u will be out no more that a few hundred $$ in total, well worth it for what ur trying to accomplish.
If you have trouble finding it, Im done with my CD...($$)
Good Luck.

Agree...
I battled to find an add-on for practice, but obviously real sim is still the best. Procedure wise you cannot go wrong to do a bit of prep on MS flightsim. Know the speeds and call outs, and above all - you must know that profile off by heart. MS Flightsim is a good way to achieve this, but you might still required some "hands-on" time to give you the feel for the aircraft.
Good luck!
