It's gonna happen 80 years before the movie suggested. NASA plans going back there in 2020 to set up a permanently manned moonbase.

No Smoking Policy.
Unisex Loos.

No Doctors.
36 Outreach Astronauts.
All signage in every language (Except English).
Indian Restaurant.
Chinese Take Away.

Children will be banned forever.
