Etihad has now opened application to non type rated pilots. Below are from it's website.

Qualifications: a minimum of 2500 hours total flying time and
a minimum of 1000 hours on multi crew jet aircraft in excess of 60000 kgs and
ICAO ATPL,valid licence and medical
Must be current and
Maximum age limit is 53 years old and
English Language Fluency ( written and verbal )
Preference would be given to candidates with Airbus and Boeing experience
The hours mentioned above shall be on powered fix wing aircraft only
Salary & Benefits: Starting salary of AED 16900 or USD 4592 per month for those rated First officers A330/340 and an annual salary increment.

Starting salary of AED 16,400 or USD 4,469 per month for those non-rated First officers A330/340 and an annual salary increment.
An additional duty allowances of AED 450 or USD 122 per duty day.
Standby duty is counted as half duty day.

Benefits:
Housing allowance up to AED 102000
(Or)
Company provided housing depending on availability.
Education allowance of AED 25000 for primary and AED 35000 for secondary up to 4 children ages of 4 up to 19 years old.
42 Days annual leave.
Staff travel benefits.
End of service benefits.
Accidental and life insurance benefits.

looks like a very good deal compared with the ones out there. my resume is on the way ! good $ and rating. but i've got no widebody rating. hope to go on the 777 ! heard a bunch of mh crews there. anyone to shed some light on this ? interview process, etc ...

I got it at careers.etihadairways.com. I think for non type rated, they will only take those currently rated on aircraft 60000kgs or more. Plus some flying hours requirements. There was a thread before regarding the interview. Looks like it's 3 days now. Day 1 some test and group exercise. Day 2 interview and sim check. Day 3 medical and something else probably.
