A340 DEFO Pax Fleet (Europe based)?

One's customary scanning of Flightglobal's job adverts just reveiled this little 'gem' in which they offer a direct entry A340 FO position, AMS based.
Are CX for real with this or is it just a fishing exercise to check what response they get?
Any take on the conditions on offer for this one?

It is for real,CX need DEFO to fuel expansion.CoS of the passenger fleet,with seniority list according to date of joining.Good luck

At my interview about two weeks ago, we were told DEFO pax is coming to AMS and SYD and that preference is given to those with greater then 500 hrs in an Airbus. Good luck.

Been a while since my last visit to this forum. Would anyone care to update me on the terms and conditions for the AMS basing, with figures in Euros and details of the other benefits? It is not clear from their website wether you get the same conditions when based in HKG or overseas?
