Challenger Flight Crew Salary

Any inputs on the going rates for Challenger 604 flight crew based in the UK? What would be a typical annual salary for Captain and First Officer?

Captains vary between 65 & 100k depending on how keen the company is to hold on to good people - generally charter companies lower and private ops higher. F/o's between 30 & 60k on same basis, although a lot of private operators prefer two captains anyway.
