On another thread, a shortage of eng's at ISK was mentioned. It also went on to say that the shortage was to be addressed by relocating engs from lyn and retraining other WSOps from other branches (ie alms).
Question is are they going to start trawling for vols and how are going to cover the absent of a school to train them in?
