Anyone out there know whats happening with this First Choice "holding pool"?
I've not heard anything new now for ages and believe I am about to be offered a command with current job.
Another guy I know has got sick of waiting and has taken a job elsewhere.
Anyone got any news?

Perhaps everyone is waiting to see what happens between First Choice, Thomas Cook and My Travel and what emerges, either buyouts or mergers before going firm on recruitment.;)

If FCA are 'up to something' regarding a possible take over or merger (are they?) recruitment is likely to be put on the backburner unitl their activities have settled. Unfortunately you may be swimming in your hold pool for a while if this is the case! I'm sorry if it is because they sound like a good bunch to work for
