Hi, wonder if anyone can help me out with a couple of queries. I'm in the process of applying for cabin crew and someone told me that if I have no spleen I won't get thru the medical. Does anyone know if that is the case and if so, why? I'd appreciate any info you can give me on the medical. Many thanks!

Well there's plenty of crew without a spine so you should be ok :E
Seriously tho, you might be better of asking this question in the Medical & Health forum as there are many learned medical personnel who generously contribute in that forum.
Make sure you include in your post what country you want to fly out of (or which aviation authority regulates the airline you want to fly with) so that the right information can be provided to you.
