I came back from QR two years ago.

Most of crewing Indian or Far Eastern, no 'Ex-Pats" as we know it. Salary low, very low indeed as a result.

Crewing stretched to the limit due aircraft deliveries not supported by recruitment in other areas and very limited training capacity.

Housing Allowance would not cover the cost of housing by about 25 percent and was failing fast due rising rents. Asian Games this year the cause.

Doha is what you make it, but no DXB.

Things might of changed, but the head below the firing line will apply, QR still got the same CEO.............

I have it on good authority that the packages now on offer are good enough to attract expats, as well as accomodation etc.
As it looks like the Interviews are in Doha I would suggest you apply Gimp, although LBA is a lot closer.. RYR have some Scheduling type jobs at NEMA should that be a bit closer for you :\ Good luck :\

I'd have put the same odds on the Shimpers beating Man U....................
Had a PM to say the exact same thing.
As Purles said Gimp, if offered an interview in DOH, take it and see the place and the set-up for yourself. It appears to have really changed since my days out there.
