Can anyone advise whether Tashkent is OK (quick, efficient, etc) for an Eastbound fuel stop. Should be there in early Dec.

Hello,
Taschkent is good for a fuel stop. Ask Rusaero they will handle you well.
Normaly you park at a stand and the fuel truck is waiting for you.
Dont know how it works without a handling company.
