I am planning a visit to Africa this winter. Is it possible to jumpseat on various carriers with ID and ATPL?

Not much chance of that I'm afraid. Especially carriers like 1Time who charge their own cockpit crew (in uniform!) "airport taxes" to use the jumpseat! Good-luck anyway.:ugh:
