RAF Websites

It was mentioned the other day that many RAF Station and Squadron websites are out of date, in some cases by a long way. Why is this?

I can understand when a site is maintained on a "self help" basis, that postings etc, can mess things up, but on the official ones I think it looks unprofessional.

Either the guy responsible has been detached to a Sand Pit or otherwise was doing it as a Secondary Duty but now he's promoted he doesn't give a stuff?
