Just seen the picture in todays Mirror (p28 if anyone is interested) of a FW190 being lifted out the water, apparently near Bergen, Norway. The airframe looks remarkable, markings still visible, and all in one piece. I've had a quick google but couldn't find anything else, does anyone know who has done it? what is going to happen to it etc?

great to discover these old relics..we'll wait and see how it is..

not the first time aircraft were discovered in the fiords in good condition...something to do i recall with the minerals in the water there.

no doubt we'll hear more....:D
