Gday
Just rented a 2 bedrooms condo ground floor unit in Graceville, Kota Kinabalu,Sabah, East Malaysia. Very nice and fully furnished. have a spare room, twin bedded, shared bathroom, and available for a professional person. Condo has residential off street parking,swimming pool, gardens, and tennis court plus 24 hours security. 5mn to city center and 5mn to the airport.Monthly rent RM700.
