Ciao!

I heard that is very difficult to convert foreigner licenceses and ratings in Italy and by the way we are known to be actually slow in doing paperwork. I got my PPL in Bari that is the nearest flight club from Matera, they are very kind and maybe can help you. If you are not able to convert your licence at least you could rent a plane with an insturctor.
This is the number of "Aeroclub Bari" +39 0805316202, try to give them a call.

Buon viaggio!
