Does anyone know what Alteon pay for a SIM TRE. Any other info about working with them including benefits would also be appreciated - no info on their website.

If you are a TRE (or a TRI) and considering working for them they will happily give you the rates. I am not sure they would appreciate my posting them on a public space.

Yes I am a TRE and can anyone be more helpful - this is the 'terms and endearments' thread, it is anonymous and PPRUNE is full of details of pay and benefits of various employers - it's not top secret. Just after general info about Alteon as a full time employer and any help would be appreciated

I regret you do not find my reply helpful.
A quick peek at the last five and a half years of your posts to Pprune reveals you make a bit of a hobby of these enquiries.
I am sorry you have failed to connect with a suitable employer but, as you are a TRE, you will quickly recognise your shortcomings and enjoy success.
Best wishes.

Contact Sigmar Aviation who do some Sim Instructor recruiting for Alteon. http://www.sigmaraviation.com/6.0.html

They should be able to give you the info you require.

I am a TRE and the last time I was asked by someone about 'the TRE/TRI rates' it turned out to be a second hand question from a person trying to get her husbands earning figures for a divorce! Your questions reminds me of the line in 'Catch Me if You Can' where main character does not know what the jumpseat was during checkin. Whilst I don't doubt your credentials the question posed does.

As a TRE I would expect you to have the details. :)

Seems a reasonable question to me. Don't really see the need for the smug replies. :D

Oh gawd....................! I thought it was quite simple question.

seniortrash - thanks.

fantom - sorry to have to disturbed you - you must be quite an important guy to know things that you can't share with others..........

SAM 2M - don't understand any of your logic - 30 odd years as a professional pilot and I regret that I still don't know the terms and conditions of some employers - tut tut - its rather different to knowing what the jumpseat is, or NOTECHS, or Std Doc 24 or the difference between a repeat or a fail - l am on stronger ground there. BTW - for anyone getting divorced I'd use some other more accountable method than PPRUNE for finding a partners earnings - 'well your honour it must be true because some bloke anonymously told me on PPRUNE' probably won't be that helpful in court.

To both of you - if you re-read the original post it was a straight forward simple request - if you can't be helpful then why not just keep out of it

Fair Comment - Unreserved apologies.

I was just thinking back to a time when I gave out details on this subject and did not realise that the questioner wanted the details for a third party for use in a dispute. Naturally I made a mental note at the time to be careful about these sorts of questions. (I thought it may even be the same person.)

Sorry.

I should have thought more before posting. The Doc 24 & item rpt/fail judgement makes your position very clear in my mind. Please PM me if I can help out. I don't know the ALTEON rate but do know another.:)

Hope you accept my apology

Gosh guys he asked a simple question...

Was wondering, does anyone know if Alteon or Gecat would be interested in training FOs? I dont mean would they b interested in training copilots, I mean would they hire TRIs who were copilots????

Anyone know for sure??
