PPRuNe works very hard to keep the threads in this forum organized in a manner best suited to finding information regarding a particular Airport or Airline. Threads that cut across those lines of information cause the Forum to become a disorganized mess in which tidbits of information about the same topic are scattered across multiple threads.
Some recent threads, started with good intentions, would have contributed to that scattering of information by attempting to discuss multiple airlines, mergers, takeovers, start-ups, etc. under multiple threads.
There are specific threads set up for each airline or airport. No airline or airport gets more than one thread or this ends up looking like the YZX airline press relations room.
If you want to post that ABC wants to buy CDE, then please do it in either the ABC or CDE threads.
If you want to discuss a start-up airline, then have a search here to see if there is an already existing thread on it. If none exists, feel free to start one.
In fact, if you want to post on ANY airline or airport please use the search function first to see if there is already a thread on it.
