Dubai PO Box addresses

This is a shot in the dark but thought I might as well ask.

Visiting Dubai in November and want to drop in to an old friend I haven't seen in 5 years. The trouble is all I have is a PO Box address for her that was given to me by a mutual friend and the mobile number I have for her is not working.

Is there any way to trace a residential address from a PO Box address?

Send the postcard saying I need it for a DHL pack to you. You try nav on the ground in DXB as visitor !!!!. Get a cab or driver.

Oh and don't be surprised if her address sounds weird e.g. Al Mousa building, Opposite New Spinneys, beside blue building, Karama...

Most people give their addresses by idenifying landmarks as street names are useless (you will see why when you get there!!)
