Could the fact that their call centre hours are shown as 9 to 5 have something to do with the fact that you couldn't get through at 18.46? Dunno, just a crazy idea I had... :rolleyes:

could possibly be but what was confusing was the phone not bein answered by Blackpools finest but as AtoB:8 , who I thought had disappeard a long time ago:confused: :confused:
