Any insights into the upcoming Northeast Air Hajj contract? Crew requirements, compensation & contacts?

Haven't heard anything about Northeast yet, but I did hear that I.S. (from Dubai/Sharjah) has registered one or more of his derelict 747s in Djibouti and will be operating on behalf of Buraq Air Transport, Libya. Not sure what the Hajj destinations will be, but extreme caution is advised. His planes are junk and he still owes money to most every pilot, F/E and ground engineer that ever worked for him.
