HI FELLOW CREW MWMBERS, WANNABES AND EVEN GUESTS!

Most of us keep wondering wat are the questions asked during our respective cabin crew interviews? so i thought why not start a new thread dedicated completely to the questions asked during the recruitment process of different airlines and help each other answer them in the best possible way.
Everyone who hav attended a cabin crew interview or simply have an idea as to what is asked during an interview or those who hav possible questions in mind and dont know how to answer them, are welcome to post here.

this cud include all kinds of questions, the individual ones, the group discussions, the situational questions, the final rounds, etc.

i'm sure such a thread is gonna help many people out here...

from what i have read,some of the questions ive heard of:

Airline: Emirates
Questions:-- Group Interviews (1st round)
1. If you were to organise a ball, give 10 famous people you would invite.
2. If you had the power to change things in your country,hat are the 5 things you would change?

-- Final Interviews
1. Have you ever been in a position where you did not agree with your boss?
2. Tell us of a time you gave great customer service
3. Tell us of a time you felt you would have given better customer service.
4. Tell us of a time you went beyond the customers' expectations.
5. How do you deal with stress?
6. How will you deal with being away from home/family?

well,those are some of the questions iv heard they ask.

Hi there, I hope that I can help....I've worked for three airlines in Australia and here are some of the questions ive found are common....

* What do you think is exceptional customer service?
* What do you think the role of a flight attendant is?
* Why do you want to be a Flight Attendant/ What do you enjoy most about being a flight attendant?
* When have you had a difficult pax and how have you dealt with it?
* Tell me about a time you had a confrontation with a collegue and how did you deal with it?
* What would you do, if a fellow crew member didd'nt feel like working on a sector, and slacked off?
* Do you enjoy being praised at work?
* What books are you reading..( I know a little random)....
* What star sign are you ( yes, random again)...
* Would you find it hard to stick up to the flight deck, if you saw a safety breach happen?
