No, unless in rare cases of introduction of new aircraft type when they need TRI/TRE to start things rolling.
Otherwise you need Russian citizenship and Russian ATPL.

Try Gate Aerospace, they advertised recently for non-Russians, non-Russian ATPL holders for B737-500 with considerable experience as FO.

Why would Belavia only be hiring Russians?

Belavia (Belarus) is not Russia/Russian!

Cannot imagine the state owned airline of the Republic of Belarus hiring no Belorussians, but only foreigners (Russians). :p

Skyexpress is indeed the company Gate is hiring FOs for for a Rostov on Don base.

cheers, IP

There are several Russian/CIS 737 operators, which most writing here are doubtless aware of.

Belavia have a couple of 737s. Russian is the technical language in Belarus and they would have no use for anyone who was not fluent in the language. I would guess that Belarus and Russian nationals fill all their needs so that is as far as they need to go. There is a considerable continuing affinity between Belarus and Russia, which cannot be said for most of the other CIS countries nowadays.
