New routes from Kerry and Waterford???

I was just wondering does anyone have any opinions on any future route expansions from Kerry and Waterford giving their close proximity to Cork/Shannon, and also would an Aer Arann ATR42 service to Dublin to Waterford be viable???

There are numerous potential topics in your post, most of which already have threads running i.e. Aer Aran, Dublin, etc. A bit more focus is required.
