From the chaps from Sheffield. This came from the first album that I bought. At the time, the tunes were pretty catchy, though as a young 8 year old, the lyrics went well over my little innocent head :)

Two more favourites from around then:
Steve Winwood's Roll With It (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zv-5_SEGwD8)
and while Dee Lite's Groove is in the Heart (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pg88nVMvbSU) is from 1990 and is dance, it'll still make yer smile. :)

The un-edited version of Girls on film always caught my eye...:E Weird Al's video's brought a wry titter occasionally...

Frankie's Two Tribes was the quintessential 80's video, in that it extrapolated a climate of fear & provocation that eminated from the latter stages of the cold war and brought it down to the simplistic form of Reagan & Gorbachev slugging it out in a boxing ring. The proponents, whilst suitably attired, were parodied as inept fighters that resorted to infantile tactics in order to bring about social change for the respective ideologies. The bloodied faces contrasted with the social reality of the time, in that there was no conflict as great as that being portrayed in the ring and the mere fact that these two dinosaurs of the cold war got to the ring in the first place signifies that they were the only beings who idealised the concept of a mutually destructive doctrine. As Freud once said; "Be not alarmed at what a man can do, be alarmed by what he thinks he can do!"
