Ok this might be a silly question... but how do you upload a JPEG file in here ?? I cant see no option :confused: or may be i am not looking right !:ugh:

I don't think you can.
Personally, I usually use www.tinypic.com for my images when I need to post them on message boards.

you cannot upload photos directly onto here. use summat like photobucket to host your photo, then link to it from here.
see the little yellow box with a piccy of a mountain? use that to insert your link, url.
