What percentage of instrument simulator time can be counted towards the required instrument time for the ATPL? There is some reference to it in the CAR's but unfortunately I cannot find the relevant regulation.

(This .pdf includes references to CAR 5.165 and CAR 5.172)
The checklist includes how many hours of flight IF time, and how many hours of synthetic trainer and simulator time can be included.
