All I know is that they are planning to start or have start operations with Saab 2000 in Sweden. Their first intention was to fly with F100, and they were working on contract in Europe but something happened...

Aren't Air Express flying wet lease for KLM Cityhopper with F100 aircraft?
At least that was the plan in spring time.
