Where would YOU go?!

Okay folks, here's a question for all of you, who are in the business for more than two weeks (I mean those with exp.):

I am looking for a change. Certainly I want to stay in the cabin business, but which are the really attractive companies to work for?! Where would you go if you had the choice?
"Attcractive" does not mean only the money but also the routes, the benefits, the athmosphere onboard a flight, the hours flown in a regular month, possible upgrade and pension etc...

My stats:

Male,
29 y/o,
german passport,
fluent in English, Dutch, German, basic Italian,
Flown aircraft: Airbus 310 (VIP)330/340-300 & -600, 319/320 and Boeing 737,
Flight time in cabin: 4.700h,
also I am currently Purser on 319/320
4 years VIP-OPS (German Air Force - Presidential Flight),
Lufthansa long-haul operation,
intensive First Class knowledge and training

Well, I think that information should work for the moment. I am curious about what the output will be - hints & tips, information as well as your own experiences are appreciated.
