Northwest flight attendants have to respond to a recall letter being mailed out on September 7, within 7 days, or they will be considered to have resigned their position. :eek::eek: This is, of course, a problem for those on vacations or not near their homes.

The company is recalling all f/as on furlough, involuntary or voluntary, for scheduled flying beginning Sept. 30.
