May i know what is the Personal qualities of all cadet pilots, Cadet Pilot Prospect and obstacles cadet pilots will encounter. I am doing a research on pilots :D Hope you all can help me through!

Last Question:
The Requirement of 6/6 Eyesight for pilots. Does that means all pilot need 2 have perfect eyesights? I read some of the requirement of pilots is that 6/60 correctable to 6/6 with optical aids????
So wad the difference???
