Cheap ticket from Sao Paulo to Rio???

Will be on holiday in S America in a few weeks, does anyone know the best place to get a cheap ticket from Sao Paulo to Rio?

With all of the problems at Varig there are no cheap tickets for the air bridge at the moment. Buy locally, be flexible in your timings (the cheapest flights are in the early morning) and don't expect anything in the way of service with most of the carriers. GOL are probably the cheapest at the moment, but there isn't much in it.

Failing that, have a look at the non-stop luxury coaches. They run overnight, are very comfortable (good enough to sleep) and you get into Rio at a reasonable hour.
