Hello !
i m 32 , flight dispatcher with an FAA license since 2004 ; i was seriouslly thinking to move me with my family in HEL in the next future , but unfortunally i don't speak a word in Finnish...any possibility to obtain a job in AY as flight dispatcher ? which are the standard requirements to enter in AY ? Could you suggest me , maybe , any other airlines there ?

Unfortunately I think your chances are pretty slim to score a dispatcher job in any of the Nordic countries if you don't speak the local language. :(

I think they usually promote people from other jobs into the role of dispatcher. All recruitment is conducted in finnish. You could however look around for other opportunities. There are a couple of biz jet companies around that need dispatchers and may accept english speakers.
